But it still makes me laugh. Leadership lesson? Er, creativity and innovation doesn't have to cost millions and be high-tech, I guess. A bit of personality goes a long way. Let people express themselves.

Ted features inspiring and gifted speakers, with clips from their annual conference. A couple of clips are already elsewhere in The Leadership Hub - one of a TED interview with (it's 30 minutes, this one, so only click if you have the time) Richard Branson and one of Sir Ken Robinson, the brilliant educationalist. Highly-recommended for inspiration.
YOU TUBE HAVE WITHDRAWN THIS FIRST CLIP (THOUGH THE SECOND CLIP ON THIS PAGE - SCROLL DOWN - IS STILL THERE). IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE FIRST BECKHAM CLIP, WE HAVE A COPY OF IT OVER IN HUB TV. CLICK ON THIS LINK - HUB TV BECKHAM ON HOW TOUGH TIMES MAKE YOU STRONGER
I've just discovered another useful slideshow on leadership on the website slideshare.net . This one's from Andy Hanselman.
I've just discovered Slideshare.net - It's like YouTube, but for sharing presentations and documents, mainly Powerpoint.
So, as part of my mission to put the latest useful gadgets and techno-tools into your hands to help you be a better leader, here's a nice leadership presentation I just found on Slideshare. The guy that made this is based in the Philippines.
Thanks for your vote...
If you voted in the World Leadership Gurus Top 30, the Hub's founder, Phil Dourado, came 14th this year (2012), up three places from 17th last year. The organisers say it is "because of the originality and impact of your work" that Phil was put in the Top 30 in the first place. And that means this Hub and the award-winning corporate versions we run for large companies. For more on how a private corporate version of The Hub works, email: phildourado@theleadershiphub.com
