Heller's work is based on the premise (gasp!) that we are whole beings, and with foundation in martial arts (particularly aikido) and systems thinking, provides a wonderfully useful framework and tools to allow us acknowledge our humanity and learn new ways of being and working to achieve better results. My description does not do his work justice, and I invite you to check-out his site.
