Dave Snowden's cynefin

Oh, how interesting. Thanks for these clips. It was Dave Snowden's thinking, shared via Johnnie Moore, that led my colleagues and I to create an 'emergent' solution for a client - an online leadership community where the members 'shape' the platform as they use it. Bits they don't use wither. Bits they do use get stronger. He's a clever guy :-)

Dave Snowden's Cynefin

Hello Phil and thanks for viewing our Corner Office premier episode and posting a comment here.

Echo your comment. It was reading Dave's HBR article (A Leader's Framework for Decision Making) that inspired me to put into action an idea that was purcolating in my head for almost 4 years - enter Corner Office. I was afraid of what I know and what I know I don't know. I think Dave's fail often and fail fast approach is spot on. It's one approach we're using with our prospects and clients and it's working.

Try not to become a man of success but rather a man of values

Thanks for your vote...
If you voted in the World Leadership Gurus Top 30, the Hub's founder, Phil Dourado, came 14th this year (2012), up three places from 17th last year. The organisers say it is "because of the originality and impact of your work" that Phil was put in the Top 30 in the first place. And that means this Hub and the award-winning corporate versions we run for large companies. For more on how a private corporate version of The Hub works, email: phildourado@theleadershiphub.com
