Finally I've found it!

Hi everyone,

Whilst I've led front line customer service teams for some time now, I consider myself relatively green on the Leadership front. I've recently taken on my first 'full blown' leadership role and find each day charged with fresh new challenges.

One of my biggest challenges has been finding a bit of 'outside influence' to bounce ideas around with and gain some perspective; so I am really excited to have found you all via the hub! Looking forward to some great conversation.

My time on the 'hub' has been brief, but already its helped me hit some leadership milestones with my new team. Looking forward to a greater contribution in the near future.

Hello Grant, 

 I too am new here.  I am "new" to my current role providing day to day leadership.

This site has provided a wealth of information so far.  I am glad I found it.

Thanks for the welcome. Nice to see there's other 'new' leaders getting as much out of it as me.
