Funny, you kind of expect something deeper or more insightful from these 'gurus' don't you. Or, maybe it really is that simple? 

I'm a big fan of keeping

I'm a big fan of keeping things simple, so I like the approach here.

What I find interesting though is that I would have put "Know yourself" as the number one behaviour. I would argue that points one to six will not have any impact if you haven't checked in on yourself first!
