More Leadership Articles: on Charisma, Love, Intuition, Decision-making, Mistakes

A number of Hub members have asked recently "Where are the leadership articles?" So, here are some links to a site called Leadership Articles.

If you have some good leadership articles on your own site, or you know a site you want to recommend, do please post the link into, maybe, your leadership diary in The Hub or into this Inspire Me Group, of maybe into the Sites We Like group, so other Hub members who like to read articles and learn about leadership that way can find them. Thanks. Here (below) are a few links to some of my recent articles on the Leadership Articles website in the meantime.

One thing I don't like about articles though (says the journalist) is that they are a monologue. I like it when someone reads an article I've written and adds at the end "Yes, but...." and adds something I hadn't thought of or "Actually, this article is wrong, because...": It's in that dialogue that we all learn. When it opens up further and becomes a conversation where others contribute thoughts, and the article is just there to spark people off, I like it even better as I learn a lot from that. So, maybe we should have an articles area in The Hub, where we can comment at the end of an article, whereas on these other sites, you can't...I take it back: I've just noticed you CAN post comments on the Leadership Articles site. However, no-one does, whereas in The Hub we do...
