Build Your Own Hub
An in-house Leadership Hub can help you develop and connect a community of leaders across your organization, spreading hotspots of great leadership practice, building a sense of community, purpose, & direction, and encouraging leaders from within your organization who may be scattered round the world to get to know each other and share common issues and solutions. You can also embed within an in-house Hub a set of learning modules containing short classes (one minute to fifteen minutes max.) that can be shaped to meet your corporate leadership development needs. An in-house version of The Leadership Hub is obviously closed to people from outside your organization. It can be built on your intranet or in a secure area of the web.
