Validate your own thinking on leadership because there is always something that can be applied to the way you are dealing with something now 2. Give you a greater sense of comfort about the company and its leadership. Often some IHG people are siloed into a hotel or role that has such a large influence from outside of IHG (such as a hotel owner influence) that the culture or what a person sees is the complete opposite of what modern leadership is about. Reading the Leaders Lounge gives those people confidence that the correct leadership traits do exist and are within reach, even though those people may not be able to enact the learning, they can read about how others have.”
