My understanding of Leadership

An Author & IT Manager from India

Folks,

Good day. I am an IT manager and author from Bangalore, India. Just thought I would introduce myself to this great group. I write books and articles on technology, self improvement, business humor and other assorted topics.

I would love to get acquainted with as many experts as possible. Hope you will visit my web cave www.thejendra.com sometime, and give me your comments or criticism on my thoughts.

new arrival

Hello to you all. I'm new in this community and looking forward to interesting insights. Greetings Marjoleine from Amsterdam; The Netherlands.

Finally I've found it!

Hi everyone,

Whilst I've led front line customer service teams for some time now, I consider myself relatively green on the Leadership front. I've recently taken on my first 'full blown' leadership role and find each day charged with fresh new challenges.

One of my biggest challenges has been finding a bit of 'outside influence' to bounce ideas around with and gain some perspective; so I am really excited to have found you all via the hub! Looking forward to some great conversation.

I'm a Curator. Don't get me out of here (a note on how The Hub works)

This past week, I've been learning what works and what doesn't in new-style Communities of Practice, using Facebook-type tools where the members write the content (I mean The Hub, of course!). More precisely, the content kind of falls out of conversations members have with each other. We ask each other questions, compare practices, and hundreds of other community members feed off the answers.
