This is where you OFFER yourself as an expert in particular areas of leadership or FIND an expert and ask them a question

HOW TO USE THE ASK AN EXPERT GROUP

BE AN EXPERT

Post yourself into the Group i.e. create a post by joining and then clicking on 'contribute to group'. Use the headline and the body of the post to explain who you are in a few words and what your area(s) of expertise is (are). When other members ask you a question by posting a comment to your post, answer them.

FIND AND ASK AN EXPERT

Browse through the experts in the Group and, when you find one who seems to know about the area you want an answer to, ask them for help by posting a comment into their post (click on their title, then 'add comment' to post a question for them.

You can also, separately from this group, browse through the members (click on Browse Members in the navigation, above) and look for areas of leadership strength they have identified. If a member is particularly strong in an area you have a question in, click into their profile (their My Page) and use the private messaging system (their inbox) or the open Guestbook (public messages) to ask them a question.

NOTE

Of course it will take a little while for the expert list in this group to grow, as The Hub is just getting started. Do help by offering some expertise of your own.
