What are you like as a leader? Assess yourself against the '21 things great leaders' do AND critique it (to improve it) We've put a 21-point checklist in here to start you off on your Hub journey. It's called the What Great Leaders Do assessment. It's based on my seven years' research into how great leaders behave every day. Take a snapshot of yourself as you are now, by filling in the self-assessment. We will be expanding this tool into a 360 tool so that you can get your colleagues, Boss and direct reports to assess you with it, too. Then you can spot the gaps in perception and work on them.

This assessment tool needs critiquing and improving before we go into 'full production' with it, so click on it, then scroll down and add your critique. Rob Roe has helpfully kicked off this process with some very helpful comments (click on the red link, right, and scroll down to find Rob's comments. Then add your own, please, after you've tried the tool) to help us improve it. Thanks.

NB Until it is fully automated, you need to know that I the results are emailed to me as well as you, so I can spot patterns to help us steer the subject matter in The Hub. I don't look at your name, nor comment to anyone else on individual scores, but you need to know that in advance of deciding whether to fill it in.
