Upload and share useful files and documents with your fellow Hub Members here. And browse and download other members' contributions.

 

We all accumulate useful leadership material that we use ourselves. This is where you open your locker and share your material with other Hub members, and peer over their shoulders to share theirs.

The rule is that every time you come in to this Group and find something useful, feel free to download and use it. But, The Hub is a leadership exchange, of course, so make sure you put back in as well as taking out: create a post and UPLOAD into it a file or document that you have found useful as a leadership tool.

Documents and files to upload into this area could be:

Word docs, pdfs or Powerpoint slides or presentations such as

- Tip lists

- A powerful Powerpoint slide or presentation of yours (make sure it's your copyright, of course, and put your name on each slide as the source)

- Your own process that has proved to work eg 'How to run a meeting in a way that inspires and energises rather than sending people to sleep'

Keep them to one page if possible (if it's a Word document)

Only upload and share material that is your copyright. If material is quoted within it from someone else's copyright material, attribute the source.

How to upload a file or document

The Hub File Sharing area accepts files or documents with these extensions

pg jpeg gif png txt html doc xls pdf ppt pps avi mpeg mpg mov rm flv wmv 3gp mp4 dir dcr

But, mpegs and wmvs and other multimedia files are likely to exceed the file limit (if we set it too high, the whole site falls over under the strain).

So, you may want to stick to Word docs, pix, pdfs. Powerpoint, and Excel files.

- Click on 'join group' on the right if you are not yet a member

- click on 'contribute to group'

- fill in headline, tag words (to make it searchable) and a description of the file or document and why it is useful

- click on the red 'File Attachments' link in the upload form

- Browse for the file and Attach it

- Click on Submit to upload it.

- You've successfully shared a leadership tool that you find useful.
