Cash Conversion Efficiency Book to Bill

Finance's workload has eased up and we met this week to start our first scorecard item. Our first item for the scoreboard seems simple being the linkage between sales to revenue but this is not the case. This is sometimes called "book to bill" or as per this article in the CFO magazine the "Cash Conversion Efficiency".
