I'm working on leadership themes at the moment.  These are themes that we use to guide the design and delivery of our leadership programmes events (modules, days etc).  Being experiential everything we do is open for the participant to learn at their pace and they pick up such a huge variety of learning about leadership on the way.  The themes are a way in which we help help the participants guide their own learning.  For example one theme is courage.  I'd be interested to know of others in experiential education that use themes for signposting or enhancing the lear
