Olivier Madel-Felicite, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Executive & Peak Performance Coach and Trainer has worked during the last 12 years in several organisations ranging from Corporate to SMEs in the Retails, Marketing, Banking, and Recruitment Industries.

Like many people, his greatest strengths have been developed through the “hard” lessons learnt at the school of life. It is these lessons and his natural people skills that make him appreciate the uniqueness of each human being and inspire him to work with others.

His fascination for occupational psychology and human behavior mixed with his professional and personal experiences have led him to a journey for the understanding of “Human Models for Excellence” and “Best Practices for Behavior Changes”, while focusing on improving performance and profitability in the workplace.

It was, whilst attending a Coaching Seminar in 2003, that Olivier was able to reassess his goals and decided to take the road of Personal Development & Coaching to help elevate organisations and leaders to the top of their game. The concept of Emotional Intelligence appealed to him as a respectful and highly effective model upon which to base his coaching and training programmes.

As a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner by Multi Health System, Peak Performance & Executive Coach using the International Coaching Federation's model, Olivier combines self-discovery and hands-on management experiences to enable him to quickly integrate success principles with rapid-results to obtain effective lasting changes.

In his effort to promote the development of Emotional Intelligence in organisations and the improvement of people's intangible asset, Olivier has founded ThinkBeyond-Management, Ltd. The company's mission is to help leaders build their emotional quotient's competences to develop their success strategy; enhance performance; create deep bench strength; fortify adherence to ethical standards; and ensure maximum profitability for their organisations.

Olivier’s beliefs

  • People are the Core Business Resource. More often not, organisations look outside of their walls or invest in different resources to increase their profitability. However, by investing in their people and their skills first, organisations can reach their full potential

  • Learning is an Active Process.

  • Learning is about Personal and Organisational Improvement, not a speaking or training event. It requires processes that will support improvement and be relevant, measurable and valuable to organisations and their people in the real world

  • Learning can (must !!!) be Fun. Human beings are learning beings. Everything we have achieved has been through learning. By making learning fun (not funny !!!), exciting and interactive we learn more faster and remember longer

  • Honesty, in his mission and the alignment of his actions towards the people he influences in his journey even (or particularly) in the situation he dislikes the most

  • Boldness, he believes that people who make no mistakes lack boldness and the spirit of adventure, they are the brakes on the wheels of progress
  • Fun, without which nothing will be possible particularly when implementing change
  • Solidarity, which includes passion to share with our clients, partners both good and bad times and the adhesion from all to achieve something bigger than ourselves

His mission is to empower people. To enable them to act more consciously and to use their “emotions” and “thoughts” more astutely, this will result in more rapid responses to the ever-changing market dynamics. I educate them to become more emotional intelligent, while enabling them to be more responsive and market driven through leveraging their personal and social competences.

Olivier's Vision: 

- Enabling Freedom
He believes that Freedom means “to have choices”, it is the essence that drives ones' entrepreneurial and personal spirit, and allows ones to embark on a journey of success, and wealth. By sharing his own sense of freedom, he helps individuals overcome the huge constraints and pressures they often deal with in such complex business environment.

He has lived in several European countries; speaks 3 languages fluently (French, English, Spanish) and enjoys travelling and trying new things. He is curious by nature and sees himself as life long learner.

My First speaking event... i have learned a lot from that, and made more since... but it was great learning process....

The leader I will be five years from now

I have have short listed around 101 goals that I want to achieve in my life, but if I have to resume them into 2 words, they will:

- Enabling Transformation

- Inspiring Freedom

In 5 years from now,  I want to be in the position to help, inspire and contribute to as many people as I can. I want have achieve financial freedom and use my time to help others achieve their personal Success Stories. I want to lead an organisation that's profitable enough  to give me  free time to work on humanitarian projects.

 Life is short, we all deserve to be happy  and we are the one that's stopping us form doing that. I want to set up an Foundation to help the one that need the most in constructive programs - I don't believe that sending money really help - I believe that when you give to over people the tools to change their life and belief system they learn and are more able to sustain their progress.

5 year from my foundation should be able to generate over 1 million per year to be allocate to developing countries projects. I want to be a successful entrepreneur - although money is not everything, but it the best way to get things moving - and I want to get things moving in me and around me.

I want to be the leader that's a part of people success story. Help me be a part of yours!!!

 Share with you my values and principles and more importantly my own freedom!!! and lots of funSmile. Without fun life would have any meaning, laugh, joke, amuse yourself, feel and enjoy life.... and be the best of yourself!!!
