Hi Patricia,

Do you have any leads on Leadership in an Asian context. For sure national culture (amongst other factors) impacts the definition of a good leader. However, much of the leadership literature is based on western, Americanised ideas of leadership. I'm looking for research which would help me understand how similar or different leadership is in the west or in the east. Thanks, Josie
