The wisdom of honesty??
Listening to Alastair Darling's speech telling us that we are in for a recession made me wonder about the wisdom of honesty in a political system where 'the other sides' are unlikely to applaud him for being candid, hionest, truthful etc.
 Can / Should leaders be entirely truthful in situations where it is almost certainly career limiting?

Team development through music
Two You Tube videos made by Sky Media as part of a team building / sales development programme
Teams were taken into a studio for the day and wrote / recorded a song irrespective of their musical talents
After this, teams devised an executed a sales and marketing strategy to 'sell' their songs, although there is no 'profit' or 'prize', just the fun of seeing how many downloads they could achieve
There are two songs here, one vageuly reminiscent of Lilly Allen and another a curious mixture of 'Marc Almond and the Cheeky Girls'

See what happens when 2000 Scouts decide that its time for the adults to move over and they take over a stage at a Jambouree!
 Apologies for the poor video quality - we did this as a voluntary activity to support a Scouting Convention!
