Hey saw your posting on Phil's write up on Leadership and great speeches: The Five Minute Class. I think you were right on the money.
I was wondering where the leadership was and you were the one that stepped up and demonstrated it in the reply.

I know it was last year but I just saw it for the first time. Great example of your integrity and character.
