Learning Modules are an optional feature
for the In-house version of The Leadership Hub
The in-house version of The Leadership Hub – which you can ask us to build for you – can include modules of content shaped around your organization’s leadership development needs: you tell us what those needs are and we construct the modules for you. The modules are broken down into classes.There are three sample classes you can try at the bottom of this page. They are from the Hub's Storytelling & Communications Module and are all themed around how leaders make great speeches. These are only samples of content. Actual classes can include end of class assessments (both of the content by the participant and of the participant).

Course or Library: Your Choice
The modules can be constructed into a course for your participants. Or they can be collected in a Library of Learning Modules within your in-house version of The Hub, with the participant browsing and selecting modules and the classes that make up those modules, to create their own course i.e. continuing the Hub's underlying theme of self-directed development rather than having a curriculum imposed on them from outside.
As well as working collaboratively with other leaders in your in-house community for 15 minutes a week, all participants would then have the option of taking a weekly short multi-media class to finish their session in The Hub for that week. Each class forms part of a larger module. For example, participants might work through one class a week to complete one module a month.
The content is highly flexible: we can configure the curriculum and how it is broken down into modules and then further broken down into classes, based on your particular needs. Or you can select which modules and their classes to put in the library for your participants to choose from, similarly based on your leadership development needs.
We have a core curriculum of thirty initial modules that can be built for you, based on research into the core attributes of leadership. These can be given a sectoral slant if you wish (i.e. if your business is hotels, we can ensure the real-life learning examples include a good quantity of material drawn from best practice leadership in your sector).
