OK, it's not my slideshare as such, it's Nokia's. Bullet points three and four on Slide 8 on this slideshare explain a little of the emergent strategy this open Leadership Hub is built on - customer co-creation, speed, openness etc.. In-house versions of The Leadership Hub are a little more directive and less freeform - the CEO and the HR department sets a direction for leadership development and uses an in-house Hub as a development platform to help steer that direction.
