Happy Christmas

Hi All, its been a while since my last entry and its been great. I have been having the time of my life experimenting with new approaches & techniques; influencing & negotiating my way through the red tape and mine fields that one can experience. I couldn't have done this though without the knowledge of knowing I had the Hub to refer to.  I still have a way to go, although my confidence has soared & the feedback is flowing (good as well as bad). Next year will have raised expectations & I know I need to master the navigation of the site in order to help. I also have a buddy now - I am looking forwrad to sharing and getting a different perspective. So for now that's me - just wanted to let you all know that I have been having a fantastic few months - Happy Christmas & all thebest for the New Year. Karen
