One thing I have learned about Leadership ?

I like the fact that it took a while to think of one thing rather than a whole list of things that I think I have learned during th past couples of months.

If one thing should stand out, it is my CEO role is primarily to be a leader, and so I need to ensure that I focus time and energy on being the type of leader I want to be.

To achieve that I need to make some time to reflect on how I am doing as a leader and spending time in the Leadership Hub needs to be seen as an investment in my leadership skills.

Its too easy to get stuck into doing lots of things that I would not necessarily count as leadership actvities, but always seem to be important.
