smiling attitude
I use this for those challenges that appear insurmountable, or those situations where something has happened to throw me into a very negative sort of mood. It's a mantra I picked up (sounds very serious that doesn't it) from the maharishi phucknuckel (for those that don't believe me, look at boreme.com and enter maharishi in the search box).
I use this to cheer me up. Doesn't matter how many times I use it, or whether I say it out loud,or just think it, it still works. It goes like this.
Before you judge someone, you should walk a mile in his shoes.
That way, when you judge them. They're a mile away. (I'm chuckling now btw)
And you have their shoes.
