"Question. I have recently joined on with a financial company where I am in line to be promoted to District Mgr then take the position of Regional Mgr within the next 11/2 years. As starting as an Associate of the team, how do I be a team member now and yer keep the relationship with the team members in tact knowing I will be their Manager in the upcoming months. The team members are not aware of this positioning that will be happening. I want to keep the respect relationship while still be at their same level at this time? Thanks for the imput"
