Cubicle rage
Not sure what we learn about leadership from this, apart from to make sure the equipment is working to avoid cubicle rage!! But, seriously...part of a leader's job is removing obstacles to productivity and to getting things done; getting the bureaucracy out of the way as much as possible so people can achieve. I guess the machinery here could be a metaphor for all the office protocols, policies and permissions that accumulate and make life feel as if you are wading through treacle to get things done. Having said that, we all need to recruit and foster resilient people who can overcome frustrations and obstacles themselves without smashing the place up!
