Interesting clip!! Social networking is something that we struggle with. The contributing factors for us is how to manage traffic, how to manage productivity and how to capture business critical information. Throwing sheep is a metaphor. For those who know anything about how sheep behave once one moves they all move in the same direction. It does take the ‘drover’ or the ‘sheep-dog’ to put in a significant amount of effort at times to steer the sheep down the desired path. In my theory the business leaders, the CIO’s and sometimes managers are the sheep and the early adopters of new methods of communicating, networking and managing are the ‘drovers’.
