Very good because it provides insight in a short time, which is what we are challenged to do when trying to offer useful "tidbits"Â Â to those in authority positions that, unfortunately, seem to dictate that those occupying them do not have or do not need to dedicate time for reflecting and/or learning and how to do their jobs best.
