Leadership author, consultant and community builder. Phil is the author of two books on leadership, published by John Wiley & Sons, and is founder and curator of the Leadership Hub™, an online community of practice. He was for five years Chief Learning Officer of The Inspired Leaders Network, where his job was to research and identify what makes inspiring leaders and how best to develop leadership capital in large organisations.
Brom has worked in IT for over fifteen years, in roles ranging from IT support to testing video games for Sega (“not as much fun as it sounds,” he insists), from corporate website design to building a corporate intranet. Brom has a BSc in Media Technology and Digital Media Production from the University of West London. He currently lives in Oxfordshire, UK (having returned from a 6 year stay in Melbourne, Australia) with his wife and kids. Brom also likes to regularly lift up and put down heavy objects for some peculiar reason...
Danny produces content on the Leadership Hub, developing micro-lessons, email learning and blog posts since 2012. Danny has received a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and now resides in Oxfordshire, England. He eats his greens like his mum told him to but he still hasn’t developed any superpowers from it. He has trouble being serious.
Clement is our Digital Social Media & Marketing Manager. Prior to joining The Hub, Clement worked on various film production roles as an Editor and Producer within the film and media industry in Malaysia and in the UK. Clement holds a second upper B.A. in Film Video and Interactive Arts from Middlesex University London. Clement is obsessed with cars that go really fast up and down mountains and on dirt tracks for no particular reason, moving images and occasionally, he dresses as a Jedi…
Zara protects the team members’ sensitive, creative minds by project managing and handling the administrative side of things. Zara facilitates a women’s leadership group, has over 20 years commercial experience and makes fabulous chocolate cake.
